🎥 V Fraser – Workshop Fit Out

Recently, Search Workshop Supplies had the privilege of completing a full workshop fit out for V Fraser & Sons.

The project began with an in-depth client meeting to fully understand their needs and requirements. From there, our design team developed a tailored solution that aligned perfectly with their goals.

During the design and proposal stage, we worked closely with the client, refining the plan to ensure every detail was covered.

Next came the delivery stage, where we presented our proposed solution, outlining the steps and processes we’d follow to guarantee a smooth installation.

Finally, during the installation stage, our team of experienced engineers worked with precision and attention to detail, ensuring every piece of equipment was installed correctly.

This project featured an impressive range of equipment, including:

🔧 A 16-meter Pre-Fabricated Steel Pit with equipment recess, lighting, and air outlets

🔧 A Majorlift 20-Tonne Air-Operated Pit Jack with accessory rack and crutches.

🔧 A VLT Roller Brake Tester.

🔧 VLT 8-Way Shaker Plates with a 20-tonne axle weight capacity.

🔧 Stertil Koni Wireless Column Lifts with adjustable forks.

🔧Stertil Koni 8.5-tonne axle stands.

🔧 A Phazair Screw Compressor with dryer, single phase.

🔧 A complete air system with multiple outlets.

🔧 A Fasep 27-inch two-speed tyre changer.

🔧 Samoa Drum Trolleys and Oil Drainers.

🔧 A 100-Tonne Mazzola two-speed Hydraulic Press.

🔧 And a 3.3-meter Heavy-Duty Workbench fitted with a 6-inch Eclipse heavy-duty bench vise.

This was a truly collaborative project, and we’re proud to have delivered a solution that will support V Fraser & Sons for years to come.
